TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all orders, offers and purchases of products on the website: www.licciardellogioielli.it (hereinafter the "Website").
The products on the Website are sold directly by Massimo Licciardello, Via dei Serpenti, 5 - 00184 - Rome, VAT number: 13082361000, Tax Code: LCCMSMTST09H501V (hereinafter the “Seller”)

2. The Customer is required to read the T&Cs and the Privacy Policy before placing any purchase order.
By accepting the T&Cs and by placing an order, the Customer declares:
a) to have read, understood and accepted the T&Cs in full and without reservation;
b) to have read, understood and accepted in full and without reservations the Privacy legislation contained in the dedicated section of the Website;
c) to authorize the Seller to store, process, use and transfer the personal data contained in the order to third parties in order to finalize the order.

3. All products displayed on the Website are new and sold with the guarantee; the essential characteristics of each product are listed on the Website within the dedicated product sheet.
Our shop sells handmade jewelry created by customizing natural components, consequently, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the products involved in the order may not fully comply with the indications, specifications and/or photographs on the Website.
Furthermore, the images and colors of the products displayed on the Website may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

4. The T&Cs exclusively regulate the commercial transactions of products on this Website between users of the Website and the Seller.
They do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by third parties other than the Seller, which are visible on the Website through links, banners or other hypertext links.

5. To conclude the purchase Contract for one or more products on the Website, the Customer must fill in the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller electronically following the relative instructions.
The order form contains:
1) Summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price
2) Payment Methods that can be used to purchase each product
3) Delivery methods of the purchased products as well as the shipping and delivery costs.
4) Customers’ billing information and shipping address which are mandatory to proceed with the order.

6. The Contract is finalized when the Seller:
1) Has received the Customer’s order form electronically;
2) Has verified the accuracy of the information relating to the Customer’s order
3) Has checked that the order respect the criteria and cases that are illustrated and cases at the point number 9.

7. The order form will be archived in the company’s database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law. The Customer will be able to access his/her order form by consulting the "My order" section on the personal account.

8. The only language available to conclude the Contract with the Seller is Italian.

9. The Seller may not process the purchase orders if there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency or if there are incomplete or incorrect data or in the event of unavailability of the products.
In these cases, we will inform the Customer by e-mail that the Contract is not finalized and that the Seller has not carried out the purchase order, specifying the reasons.
1) If the products displayed on the Website are no longer available or
2) on sale at the time of the Customer’s last access to the site or
3) when the order form is sent,
it will be the Seller's responsibility to notify the Customer promptly and within thirty (30) days from the following day after the order has been made to the Seller, of any unavailability of the products ordered. 7
In case of forwarding of the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already paid to the Customer.

10. Once the Contract is concluded, the Seller will manage the purchase order and will send to the Customer via e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order containing the information registered in the order form (such as the Conditions of Sale , products’ description and features, detailed indication of the price, means of payment and delivery costs etc….)

11. The payment of the products and the relative shipping and delivery costs will be charge accordingly to the payment methods indicated in the order form.

12. Financial transactions will be managed with PayPal;
Personal and financial data will be managed and transmitted without access from third parties and it will never be used by the Seller except 1) to complete the purchase procedure 2) to issue the refund in the event of any product returns or to prevent or report to the police an unlikely case of fraud on the Website.
The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer's account at the time of shipment of the purchased products.

13. SHIPPING - It will be carried out by TNT, Fed ex or UPS courier, and if necessary by an insured, armed Ferrari courier; the information will be updated on the courier's website within 2 working days from the date of shipping using the tracking code that will be provided by the Seller.
1) Shipping is free for orders over € 200.00
2) for orders of lesser value, the cost of shipping is € 12.00 including VAT.
Order processing time is 3 working days + shipping.

14. RETURN - The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the purchased products on the Website, unless they have been customized with engravings or created upon Customer's request.

The return request will be accepted only for products that are in the same condition in which they were received:
1) unworn
2) without scratches
3) placed in their packaging and
4) complete with all attached materials.
The return will be sent to the Seller, who will verify the conditions previously highlighted.
The return will be accepted only if the above procedure is respected.
If the return does not meet the listed conditions, a refund will not be possible and the package will be sent back to the Customer.
Returns can only be made from the original shipping address.
When the return is accepted, a confirmation e-mail will be sent within 3 working days of receipt of the item/s at our offices.
The refund will include the value of the returned products excluding the cost of ordinary shipping costs.
In the case of collection / return on site, the return will be at no cost.
For purchases by credit or debit card, the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.

15. The T&Cs are regulated by Italian law by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code). T&Cs can be always modified by the Seller and by any regulatory changes; In this case, the new T & Cs will be effective from the date of publication on the Website.
